ONLINE sales will only be AVAILABLE on the 20th of each month.

ONLINE sales will END at the 27tH of each month.

All orders after the 27th, will be processed and shipped the following business day.

What does this mean?

You will only have a span of 7 days to place your orders. After the sale week is over, items will be available the following month on the 20th.

WE OFFER $8 USD flat rate priority SHIPPING WITH TRACKING No. FREE SHIPPING OVER $100 USD (not including tax). Ownership of packages turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS. 

 

PROCESSING TIME IS 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING SERVICE FOR IN STOCK ITEMS, AND 14 BUSINESS DAYS FOR BACK ORDERED OR PREORDER ITEMS, WE DO NOT SHIP or OPERATE ON FRIDAYS, SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS.

We are responsible for your new purchase until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control.In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO FILE THE CLAIM WITH USPS. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES DURING TRANSIT. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPMENTS SENT TO FORWARDING SERVICES OR COMPANIES REGARDLESS OF SHIPPING SERVICE SELECTED, IF YOU PLACE AN ORDER AND YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS A FORWARDING ADDRESS YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CONTACTING YOUR FORWARDING COMPANY OR SERVICE TO LOCATE YOUR SHIPMENT. WE ARE ALSO NOT RESPONSIBLE TO WEATHER RELATED DAMAGE OR DELAYS. ONCE PACKAGE LEAVES OUR HANDS IT IS COMPLETELY OUT OF OUR CONTROL.

Please make sure your address is correct before placing order we will not be responsible for incorrect addresses. Once again, we are not responsible for package once it transfers to USPS, it is then their responsibility to deliver and handle concerns for shipping delays or lost packages. You will not be refunded for the purchase from us if the USPS loses the package unless you purchase the additional insurance. If your package is returned you are responsible to contact us with the correct address to be shipped back to.

FAQ and Concerns

 

My soap doesn't lather like regular soaps.TERRA-TORY cold process soap doesn't contain skin irritants such as SLS (Sodium Lauryl Sulfate) or foaming agents, therefore each bar may lather differently. This can mean many things. Each bar recipe is tweaked slightly here and there, meaning no two bars are made the same. We superfat our soap to assure the highest amount of "unsaponified" oils are left behind in the soap, to moisturize and condition the skin during and after your shower/bath. Some ingredients (sea salt e.g.) can prohibit the lather of the soap, but don't worry because "suds/lather don't mean clean". Some bars have a high lather or low lather properties, however they ALL clean gently.

Please use a wash cloth to lather your soap and cleanse with for best results.
